Store Support Associates perform a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction. Tasks may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. They may interact directly with customers or vendors and work with little or no supervision. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, time management, integrity, and alignment with store objectives.

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.

• Order Fulfillment Associate: $19.00
• Pro Fulfillment Associate: $19.00
• Pro Lot Loader: $18.00

Notes:
Salaried associates are eligible for vacation in their first year; full-time hourly employees may have 40 hours of paid vacation after 6 months; part-time may have 20 hours after 6 months; temporary associates may not be eligible for vacation benefits. Sick time policies vary by location (e.g., Washington State and Seattle). Pay is position- and location-dependent.
