We are currently looking for a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The role offers an hourly wage plus commission potential. Our associates can earn UP TO 8% commission on transactions, which could average an additional $3.06 per hour on top of your base pay.

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with various merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations).

The position offers an hourly wage plus commissions based on productivity. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and performance.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Conduct sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Respond to calls and customer inquiries.
• Explain legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Complete training successfully.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and climbing.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling.
• Flexible to work at multiple locations and on weekends/holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
