Overview
Join the team at CORT Party Rental as a Recreation Attendant
. This temporary, full‑time seasonal position runs from 3/2/2026 to 11/14/2026 and offers a base wage of $19.60 per hour with up to $24.50 per hour for overtime. Additional transportation and daily subsistence are provided for all worksites.
- Maintain Inventories – Store, retrieve, assemble, and disassemble party equipment.
- Clean & Inspect – Detect wear and damage, perform minor repairs, and adjust equipment as needed.
- Driving Duties – Operate company pickups or vans as required.
- Outdoor Work – Perform physically strenuous labor outdoors, exposure to variable weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Shift Schedule – Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40+ hours per week, with possible weekend/holiday work and overtime.
- Age 18+ due to insurance requirements.
- Legal U.S. work authorization.
- Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco‑free work zone.
- Physical Capability – Lift, balance, walk, stoop, carry objects up to 75 lbs (possible 2‑person).
- Event Flooring Experience – Minimum 3 months.
- No minimum education requirement.
- Availability for the entire specified period and all intended employment areas.
Wages – $19.60/hr up to $24.50/hr OT; overtime paid 1.5x regular rate. Other benefits include employer‑provided sick leave per state labor laws, daily transportation, and daily subsistence at $16.28 per day during travel. Possible raises, bonuses, and cash advances are at sole discretion of the employer.
