Retail Sales Specialist B

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

• Open and close the store daily.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
• Manage merchandise returns efficiently.
• Handle freight shipments and transfers between stores for markdowns.
• Maintain an organized stock room and assist with store inventory management.
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
