- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Utilize a platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Conduct needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).

- Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus and Commission - Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
