• Base salary plus commission ($75,000 - $200,000 1st year)

• Drive Full Service Lease sales.
• Nurture & enrich relationships to build long term relationships with customer and prospects.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in choosing Full Service Lease, Rental, or Fleet Management by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations
• Follow-up with customer & prospects to ensure successful referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Minimum 2 years business to business sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance & attitude
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Experience with Full Service Lease & Rental a plus
