What You Can EarnTOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION POTENTIAL $84,000–$180,000

Performance-based pay plan

Earn 6% of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit, in accordance with the terms of the pay plan.

Additional bonus opportunities

Earn additional bonuses for exceeding monthly customer satisfaction targets and sales objectives, according to the pay plan.

Paid time offEarn paid sick leave at one hour per 40 hours worked. Eligible full-time employees receive additional annual PTO based on length of service: 40 hours after 36 months of continuous service and 80 hours after 120 months, subject to company policy.
