Commercial Aftermarket Business Manager

9/80 schedule; medical, dental, vision; company-paid life and disability; HSA/FSA; 401(k) with 3% match; 10 paid holidays; PTO; education reimbursement

• Drive aftermarket sales of spares, repairs, and upgrades to commercial airlines and MRO providers
• Build airline relationships; prepare proposals, terms, and business cases with market and margin analysis
• Use data analytics to identify untapped aftermarket opportunities and track the competitive landscape
• Partner with business unit managers and engineering; attend trade shows; deliver sales reports

• Sales experience with increasing responsibility selling highly engineered, high-mix products, preferably aerospace to airlines
• Ability to travel 70% and work independently with strong negotiation and presence
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; engineering preferred

• Existing relationships with major airlines or MRO contacts
• Experience selling products regulated by FAA, FAR, ITAR, and EAR
• Leadership experience; aerospace distributor or avionics background
