Pay Rate:$19–$22 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking
Unarmed Security Officers
for a busy
retail store in Everett, WA
. Your role will be to support the store team in creating a safe and inviting shopping experience while staying alert to potential risks and incidents.

• Maintain a visible and welcoming presence at the store entrance
• Deter shoplifting, vandalism, and other disruptive behavior through observation and patrol
• Monitor foot traffic, inventory security, and back-of-house areas
• Respond to store staff requests for assistance with non-violent incidents
• Provide directions and assistance to customers as needed
• Complete daily activity reports and incident logs clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with store staff and Treston supervisors to enforce site-specific policies

• Valid
  Washington State Security Guard License
  (Required)
• 18+ years old
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to stand and walk for long periods
• Flexible schedule (availability on weekends and holidays preferred)

• Previous retail or loss prevention security experience
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Prior military or public safety experience
