This role involves performing various fabrication tasks, including working with metals and composites, operating hand and power tools, and interpreting blueprints. Successful candidates will be recent students or graduates of a Boeing Pre-Employment Training course certified for this role. The position requires comfortable handling of physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and working in variable noisy environments.
