$50,000.00 per year – $ per year.

The MOBILE TECHNICIAN performs truck maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of commercial vehicles and associated components for all makes and models on the go. Service may take place on the road, at the customer location, or anywhere the customer needs.

Valid driver’s license required; CDL license preferred.

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders, observe and listen to the vehicle in operation to resolve malfunctions and plan work procedures.
• Follow checklists, ensuring all critical parts are examined.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
• Test‑drive vehicles to ensure smooth operation.
• Tag all warranty parts and return them to the warranty clerk.
• Attend training classes and stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer happiness.
• Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by a supervisor.
• Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
• Participate in technical training as assigned by management.
• Ensure guest vehicles are returned as clean as they were before service.
• Show utmost courtesy to all guests, visitors, and dealership personnel.
• Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.
• Perform any other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor or management.

• Professional conduct at all times.
• Must pass a background check and a pre‑hire drug and alcohol test.
• Employee safety is a prime concern; must comply with RWC Drug and Alcohol policy.
