Based in Everett, WA, and serving homeowners throughout the Seattle area, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality home transformations. • Assist with framing, drywall installation, and painting tasks on residential remodeling projects
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Load and unload materials and tools as needed
• Support carpenters, installers, and foremen with day‑to‑day site activities
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform additional labor duties as required

• 4+ years of experience in framing, drywall, and painting highly preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry
