CompensationBase pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience and the role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

ResponsibilitiesMaintaining the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds, including HVAC systems, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment. Responding to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. Keeping public and private living areas up to expectations in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
Communicating with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.
Experienced maintenance technician with a strong background in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment. Ability to perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, respond to maintenance requests, and maintain positive communication with relevant authorities.
