Starting Compensation: $18-25 per Hour Depending on Experience
Lead Installer Compensation: $28-35 per Hour + Benefits and Profit Sharing Bonuses

Key Responsibilities Unboxing, assembly, and installation of commercial vehicle equipment according to drawings/instructions.Disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components.Installation and wiring of 12-volt lighting systems, inverter systems, and electrical components, including some 120-volt systems.Quality checks of components after assembly and installation.Safely driving and parking large vehicles.Use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment.Moving assembled products to work areas/cells.Assisting installation and warehouse co-workers.Maintaining a clean and safe work area.Requirements
Successful training period in assembly department and as an installation assistant.Ability to lift up to 85 lbs repeatedly.Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve.High attention to detail.Integrity, accountability, and dependability.Caring and respectful of others.Positive team player.Excellent communication skills.Desire for continuous improvement.
