Starting Compensation: $18-25 per Hour Depending on Experience

Lead Installer Compensation: $28-35 per Hour + Benefits and Profit Sharing Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Unboxing, assembly, and installation of commercial vehicle equipment according to drawings/instructions.
  • Disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components.
  • Installation and wiring of 12-volt lighting systems, inverter systems, and electrical components, including some 120-volt systems.
  • Quality checks of components after assembly and installation.
  • Safely driving and parking large vehicles.
  • Use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment.
  • Moving assembled products to work areas/cells.
  • Assisting installation and warehouse co-workers.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
  • Requirements
  • Successful training period in assembly department and as an installation assistant.
  • Ability to lift up to 85 lbs repeatedly.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Integrity, accountability, and dependability.
  • Caring and respectful of others.
  • Positive team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire for continuous improvement.
