This 4-year training program offers 8,000 hours of paid on-the-job training and classroom education, preparing you for success in HVAC-R systems maintenance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have strong technical skills, and must be proficient in math and reading blueprints. After completing the program, graduates will achieve a journey-worker certificate and be placed in a target job at a high wage rate.
