The Auto Glass Technician is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. We are looking to build a world‑class team of Technicians to support $1.5 million in revenue (5 Techs). We use mobile tablets and the Opti‑Aim Calibration Tool for today’s sophisticated vehicles. You are self‑motivated, thrive in fast‑moving environments, manage time effectively to meet deadlines, and have proven communication skills. You are eager to learn from trained professionals and take the next step in your career.

• Repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures
• Complete calibrations of cameras and Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) using Opti‑Aim technology
• Help ensure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on the vehicle
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working condition
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related positions

• Prior experience in the auto glass industry
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields
• Proficiency navigating tablet‑based technology
• Professional appearance and personality

$20–$35 Per Hour, depending on experience and productivity.
