Evergreen Recovery Centers in Everett seeks a Lead Case Manager to respond to police referrals, engage participants on the street and at service facilities, and provide intensive case management for the LEAD program.
You will screen, outreach, and sustain long-term engagement, collaborate with LEAD partners, accompany participants to appointments, advocate in court, and coordinate with housing providers and community organizations. 10-hour shifts, Mon-Thu 10:30am-9pm.
