Overview: The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Software Quality team seeks an Associate Software Quality Engineer to support BCA programs by ensuring quality throughout the SDLC.

• Supports large scale program software quality engineering processes, resources and infrastructure
• Works on process improvement activities and supports development of organization policies, procedures, infrastructure and metrics to support business objectives
• Prepares and presents information at formal review meetings
• Leads and approves software life cycle documents and program products
• Plans and leads initial baseline internal or supplier, large complex audits of software engineering processes and associated support functions
• Participates in configuration management activities
• Reviews deviations and waivers to the software baseline
• Plans software quality test activities and ensures integrity of the test process
• Verifies test results
• Works with regulatory agencies and other functions to develop criteria and procedures for software delivery activities
• Leads final reconciliation of complex software data products
• Develops program‑specific software quality requirements for flow down to suppliers
• Planned and verifies suppliers' software quality systems and programs
• Performs software acceptance and delivery activities
• Analyzes data to identify trends in noncompliance and initiates system‑level corrective and preventive actions
• Identifies nonconformances and issues corrective action
• Reports non‑conformance and corrective action data to appropriate management

• 1+ years of experience with Software Development lifecycle (Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test)

• 1+ years of experience in a Regulated Environmental Quality Management System, ISO
  9001, Aerospace Standard (AS91001), DO‑178C
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops  and associated tools
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
