In-Home Personal Trainer & Fitness Sales Professional

Compensation: $45–$50 per training session + 5% sales commission + performance bonuses + PTO + advancement opportunities

Typical Additional Commission Earnings: Many Master Trainers earn an additional $600–$800+ per month through client assessments and package sales.

At GYMGUYZ NW Washington, our Master Trainers do more than train. They conduct fitness assessments, build client relationships, recommend customized programs, and help clients commit to their goals.

Unlike many fitness opportunities, you'll be rewarded for both your coaching expertise and your ability to help clients begin their fitness journey. Master Trainers receive competitive session pay plus commission opportunities that can significantly increase monthly earnings.

• Mobile training model with no gym-floor prospecting
• Work with motivated clients in homes, offices, and community settings
• Focus on coaching while helping grow the business

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations
• Recommend customized fitness programs based on client goals and needs
• Close training packages and help clients confidently begin their fitness journey
• Deliver engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions
• Design and update personalized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Track client progress through regular reassessments
• Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
• Participate in community outreach and business development activities
• Support and collaborate with other members of the training team
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE)

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

• Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments
• Experience selling personal training or wellness programs
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
• Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar platforms
