Hourly: Hourly rates for this position can be shared with you per your location; this rate will fall within the posted range.

• First Shift 7:00 am to 3:45 pm (Tuesday to Saturday);

• Pick up and deliver customer jobs to specified locations within scheduled time frames.
• Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or delivery software.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 kg.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation and use.
• Maintain quarterly learning objectives deployed by Xerox.
• Maintain required learning deployed by Boeing.

• Customer satisfaction surveys and feedback.
• Delivery against Service Level Agreements.
• Delivery against Xerox Corporate Goals and Objectives.
