Smartservice Route Driver

Canteen Route Driver (Route Driver) – Everett, WA 98203. Full‑time schedule. No prior experience required. Will train.

Pay: $31.13 per hour, with internal employee referral bonus. Commission eligibility may apply.

Drive a company route vehicle to deliver products and maintain vending machine inventory. Provide customer service and ensure machine cleanliness and accuracy.

• Prepare the truck with all required products for the daily route.
• Maintain inventory levels and rotate products in vending machines.
• Load and unload products using hand carts and hand trucks.
• Clean and sanitize vending machines and related equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments on machines and report defective equipment.
• Record inventory data using a handheld computer.
• Communicate new products or service information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Set up merchandise displays and promotion materials.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and vehicle inspections.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with safe operation of company vehicles.
• Preferred 1–2 years customer‑service experience or related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
