• Weekend shifts required

Operate commercial vehicles transferring donation containers and/or processed goods in a safe and efficient manner.

• Drive commercial vehicles to designated locations, including inner‑city traffic.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport donation containers from ADS sites to plants or outside stores.
• Transport processed goods to outlying stores.
• Transport waste to transfer stations.
• Pick up special donations and deliver goods as requested.
• Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate safe work practices; report potential hazards or accidents.
• Adhere to Seattle Goodwill and DOT rules and regulations.
• Perform the functions of a production worker when needed.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience:
  
  2 years of driving experience
• Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: current WA state driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

• Lifting and carrying 30–40 pounds; fine motor control for handling objects.
• Standing for long periods; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing, climbing ladders.
• Able to travel across varied surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).

• Organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting.
• Interpreting data.
• Problem solving.
• Communicating with the public.
• Creating written communication.
• Completing written orders.

Indoor/outdoor environment; temperatures vary; exposure to dust.
