Paratransit services provide a transportation option for those individuals who are unable to use the fixed-route bus system serving their location. New hires begin employment at the first step of the salary range

• $29.84/ hour, during training through 6 months.
• $31.90/ hour, 7 – 12 months
• $33.94/ hour, 13 – 24 months
• $36.01/ hour, 25 – 36 months
• $38.13/ hour, 37+ months - 5 years
• $40.25/hour +5 to 10 years of service
• $42.37/hour 10+ years of service
