Warehouse Specialist 1-3 (H/F) - NORTHWEST AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Join our team in the warehouse operations department. Depending on the level (I, II, or III), you will be responsible for a range of warehouse activities, from basic inventory handling to leadership and process optimization.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Warehouse Specialist I – Reads part picklists, fulfills orders from inventory, issues items in the ERP system, operates forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks, receives and verifies shipments, inspects products, updates inventory levels, prepares and completes orders, loads/unloads deliveries, stocks shelves, transports materials, wraps/de‑wraps pallets, labels products, performs housekeeping tasks, follows all safety rules, and assists with additional duties when assigned.
- Warehouse Specialist II – Operates and trains on material‑handling equipment, prioritizes and delegates workload, packages according to ATA 300 specifications, executes ERP tasks, verifies shipments, maintains required documents, inspects for defects, manages shelf‑life material, ensures inventory accuracy, prepares and verifies orders, handles part shortages, organizes the warehouse, implements continuous‑improvement ideas, performs Part Capture & Control, supports and coaches Warehouse Specialist I, resolves ERP discrepancies, maintains housekeeping and safety compliance.
- Warehouse Specialist III – Acts as a warehouse leader, prioritizes and delegates tasks, certifies equipment operation and training, ensures packaging follows ATA 300 specs, generates action reports for work orders, oversees and coaches specialists II and I, ensures proper ERP processing, resolves discrepancies, manages receiving and quality verification, maintains document retention, orders supplies, oversees dunnage and waste removal, maintains shelf‑life, ensures inventory accuracy, troubleshoots and repairs equipment, manages shortages, improves warehouse layout, performs Part Capture & Control, resolves discrepancies, maintains housekeeping and safety, and fulfills all additional duties as directed by Warehouse Lead.

Physical Requirements
