• General customer service duties including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Prepare customer orders safely and accurately from kitchen stations such as sandwich making, fry, grill, or other stations depending on the concept.
• Use appropriate methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions to deliver a fresh and safe product.
• Cross-train in other departments (e.g., Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance) and potential leadership roles where applicable.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
