Office Administrator required for an Evesham based office business to take on a variety of duties, assist the director and help with the day to day administration duties for the office:
Office Administrator duties include:
* PA duties for the Director
* Booking meeting rooms and organising files and paperwork
* Downloading data from internal databases and email to the right team members
* Diary management
* Data Entry
* Checking invoices and inputting into a database
* Sending emails
* Answering the phones
* Communicate with clients and customers
* Support the day-to-day office administration for smooth running
