Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestigious main dealership located in Evesham, Worcestershire. Monday to Friday working hours, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear
Conduct fault diagnosis and testing of faulty parts
Support the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and skills
Contribute to ensuring high quality standards within the workshop environment
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Support the development of technical skills through training and professional development

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Significant experience working within automotive workshops
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
MOT licence, hybrid vehicle technology experience, and familiarity with VAG vehicles are desirable but not essential
Motivated team player with a high standard of workmanship
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy dealership environment
