Vehicle Technician Bengeworth

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestigious main dealership located in Evesham, Worcestershire. • Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on skills and experience
• On-target earnings approximately £41,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Monday to Friday working hours, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota

• Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear
• Conduct fault diagnosis and testing of faulty parts
• Support the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
• Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and skills
• Contribute to ensuring high quality standards within the workshop environment
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Support the development of technical skills through training and professional development

• IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Significant experience working within automotive workshops
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
• MOT licence, hybrid vehicle technology experience, and familiarity with VAG vehicles are desirable but not essential
• Motivated team player with a high standard of workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy dealership environment
