We are a growing B2B and SaaS marketing agency looking for a highly organised Campaign Operations Coordinator to support campaign delivery and founder operations.
This role is responsible for keeping work moving, deadlines clear, and delivery organised across internal team members and freelancers. You will work closely with the founder on weekly planning and stand‑ups, helping ensure agreed plans are executed on time and nothing slips through the cracks.
We are looking for someone who has the proven ability to be highly organised and assertive. You must enjoy creating order, keeping teams aligned, and supporting delivery in a growing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain the agency project management system (Asana, Monday, or similar)
- Set up projects, tasks, timelines, and dependencies from agreed plans
- Proactively track progress, follow up on actions, and flag delays or blockers early
- Support weekly stand‑ups and planning meetings with clear updates
- Assertively coordinate work across content, operations, and freelance contributors
- Maintain high standards of organisation, time‑keeping, and documentation
- Provide flexible support across the business as needs arise during growth
- Strong working knowledge of Asana, Monday or similar project management tools
- Comfortable with implementing improvements to setups, workflows, and automations (not just using them)
- Confident identifying and resolving basic tooling issues or bugs
- Familiarity with agency or marketing workflows is a strong advantage
- Experience working with distributed teams and freelancers preferred
- Have the confidence to chase down colleagues and clients on critical tasks and feedback to enable project delivery
- Excellent written and spoken English (UK‑based communication standard)
- Extremely organised, diligent, and deadline‑driven
- Calm, reliable, and comfortable chasing updates when needed
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Flexible mindset and willingness to support outside strict role boundaries
- Enjoys bringing structure to fast‑moving environments
- Experience in a marketing or digital agency environment
- Exposure to CRM systems or marketing platforms
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Part‑time, 10–15 hours per week over 3 days
- £28-£32k Per Annum Pro Rata
- Hybrid, with regular commuting to Evesham and a view to becoming office‑based
- Reporting to the Switch Jam Founder
- Work is clearly planned, tracked, and delivered on time
- Deadlines, dependencies, and priorities are visible and well managed
- The founder and team have clarity on what is happening, what is blocked, and what is coming next
- Projects move forward smoothly without constant chasing or firefighting
- The role operates with reliability, ownership, and strong organisational discipline
