Mears Group is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Midlands housing property contracts from our Evesham office. The role focuses on cost control, CVRs, and final accounts to ensure value and compliance with contract terms.
You will work within the Commercial & General Manager's team, handling invoicing, valuations, variations, and interim payments while maintaining high health and safety standards and customer service excellence.
