A fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing developments across the Midlands and South West. This role offers the chance to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior commercial and operational teams on a range of residential schemes. • Supporting the commercial delivery of residential developments.
• Producing CVRs, forecasts and cost reporting.
• Procuring subcontractors and managing packages.
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitoring project costs and budgets.
• Supporting supply chain management and procurement activities.
• Working closely with site and technical teams.
• Assisting with risk management and commercial reporting.
• Supporting profitable project delivery.

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor.
• House building or residential construction experience preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of subcontract procurement and valuations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop your career.
