As a Photography Producer you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end production of Karndean's global photography and video content. You will oversee the full process, from initial concept and planning through to delivery, ensuring all visual outputs meet brand standards, business objectives, and project timelines.

Working closely with regional marketing teams, photographers, studios, stylists, and suppliers, you will coordinate all aspects of production to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creative direction with commercial priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, creative project manager to contribute to the continued growth of Karndean's global brand presence through high‑quality, on‑brand visual storytelling.

• Present creative ideas and production plans to stakeholders for approval
• Manage project budgets, maximising visual outputs while retaining brand quality
• Coordinate feedback rounds between stakeholders
• Manage expectations, feedback, and approvals at every stage
• Oversee studio and location photo shoots, including liaising with regional marketing teams, floor fitters, and suppliers
• Raise purchase orders and order product as required
• Conduct advance recces and attend shoots on the day
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, freelancers, and creative partners
• Ensure all visual content supports the larger marketing strategy and brand identity
• Stay up‑to‑date on trends, bringing fresh ideas to each project
• Check all images are accurate and of suitable quality for final sign‑off
• Work with regional marketing teams to create photography briefs
• Travel to photo shoots across the UK, staying overnight where needed
• Occasional evening or weekend work for location shoots
• Process related purchase orders
• Manage the in‑house digital asset management system
• Arrange video shoots and related duties as required

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays
• Strong communicator with experience collaborating across regions and with senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the creative process, including design, photography, and post‑production
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and delivery‑focused
• Experience working with photography studios and creative agencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Understanding of interior design is advantageous but not essential
