Active Smiles in Evesham is looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our friendly, modern practice.

This is a great opportunity to take over an established patient list, with three days offering immediate patient demand and a fourth day available to build through new patients, emergency appointments and continued practice growth.

With a predominantly private patient base, modern technology and a supportive clinical team, this role offers excellent potential for a dentist looking to develop their patient list and earning opportunities.

• 3-4 days per week, with potential to increase to 5 days in the future.
• Tuesday: 9am-6pm
• Wednesday: 9am-6pm
• Thursday: 9am-6pm
• Friday: 9am-2pm
• January 2027 start date
• Predominantly private dentistry.
• Existing plan patients, with no requirement to take on new plan patients.
• Small NHS commitment, up to approximately 10%, focused on children.

The established three-day book is expected to fill immediately, with the additional day providing an opportunity to see emergencies and new patients while the practice continues to develop.

• Internal referral pathways for implants, dentures and other specialist treatments.
• Qualified Dental Nurse support at all times.
• Part of a team of 26, including 9 clinicians and a dedicated wider support team.
• Potential to increase to 5 days per week as the practice continues to grow.

• 45% Associate fee
• 50% laboratory split
• No hygiene recharge

The previous clinician generated approximately £25,000 per month
, demonstrating the earning potential available within the practice and patient base.

We're looking for a GDC-registered Dentist who is patient-focused, reliable and confident providing high-quality general dentistry.

As the role includes a small NHS commitment for children, the successful candidate will need an active NHS Performer Number for England
