Blackminster Middle School, part of the Pebworth First and Blackminster Middle Schools Federation, is a thriving Year 6‑8 school serving the local community. We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our friendly team and support children and young people, including those with SEND, to learn, grow and thrive.

• Deliver a range of interventions to support pupils' academic and pastoral development.
• Work alongside teachers to support in‑class learning.
• Assist in carrying out duties that ensure the school remains a safe and friendly environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs and EHCP requirements.
• Help maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for all students.

• Good interpersonal skills and a confident, professional manner.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilience, flexibility and a sense of humour are an advantage.
• Level 2 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience (welcome).
