We're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. As a bank staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Helping to create fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Working as part of a supportive and passionate nursery team.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with young children.
A positive, friendly, and caring attitude.
Reliability and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level
3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
