The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Band 3 Instructor to supervise prisoners in non-operational workshops and to provide structure and discipline within the workshop environment. You will ensure a safe, secure setting and support learning experiences mirroring outside employment.
You will contribute to risk assessments, maintain records, and support management in staffing decisions. Hybrid working and 37 hours per week are available where feasible.
