Female Support Worker

Position: Female Support Worker – Full Time
We are recruiting a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Evesham

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in a residential/supported living setting, helping them live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, and respect.

As a Support Worker, you will:

* Provide person-centred care and support

* Assist with personal care where required

* Support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping

* Encourage independence and community engagement

* Administer medication (if trained)

* Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

* Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times

What We’re Looking For

* Female candidate (genuine occupational requirement)

* Full-time availability

* A caring, patient, and positive attitude

* Good communication skills

* Previous care experience

* A driver is preferred to support community access
