Alliance Personnel Ltd is partnering with a manufacturing business in the UK to recruit a Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager for its Evesham operation. You will own strategic sourcing, procurement, planning and supplier management with a strong focus on cost, delivery and resilience.
You will lead RFQs/RFPs, drive performance via KPIs, manage international suppliers and work closely with Engineering, Operations and Finance to deliver value and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
