ALECTO RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Facilities Team Leader for HMP Long Lartin in Evesham. The role is permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week, with a 1 in 3 weekend shift rota.
You will supervise maintenance operatives and engineers to ensure reactive maintenance is delivered to contract standards. Responsibilities include prioritising requests, coordinating workloads, and maintaining records in CAFM systems while upholding safety and quality.
