We’re recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to join a busy site in Evesham, leading the delivery of reactive maintenance services across a large and diverse estate. • Salary of £35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience

• Lead and support a team delivering reactive maintenance across the site
• Plan workloads and ensure repair requests are completed efficiently
• Monitor work quality while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate resources effectively
  
  Work closely with site stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met
• Review maintenance data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements
• Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

• Previous supervisory experience within Facilities, building services or estate maintenance
• Experience coordinating reactive maintenance activities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices
• Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of building fabric and mechanical or electrical maintenance
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification would be advantageous
