We’re recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to join a busy site in Evesham, leading the delivery of reactive maintenance services across a large and diverse estate. - Plan workloads and ensure repair requests are completed efficiently
- Monitor work quality while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate resources effectively
Work closely with site stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met - Review maintenance data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements
- Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous supervisory experience within Facilities, building services or estate maintenance
- Experience coordinating reactive maintenance activities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices
- Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of building fabric and mechanical or electrical maintenance
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification would be advantageous
