Senior Contract Manager

Rooftop Housing Group is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to lead the performance, quality and commercial delivery of our main repairs and maintenance contract. This role is central to ensuring our homes are safe, compliant and delivering great experiences for residents.

• Managing the full lifecycle of repairs, maintenance and specialist works contracts
• Monitoring KPIs and SLAs and driving continuous improvement
• Building positive relationships with contractors and colleagues
• Leading performance meetings and supporting procurement
• Ensuring compliance with contract law, health & safety and regulations

• A qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or similar
• Experience managing large‑scale repairs or maintenance contracts
• Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills
• A collaborative approach to solving challenges
