This is a full-time on-site role based in Evesham for a Divisional Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and manage power-related projects from initial bid, inception and on to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising logistics, expediting equipment and materials, coordinating inspections, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.

Full divisional P&L responsibility with an emphasis on growth of this key pillar of our business. Targets include growing the scale and complexity of works undertaken and delivering a number of high profile works and helping us to move this business forward to the next chapter.

• Strong Project Management skills with experience in overseeing large-scale projects
• Expertise in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Knowledge of Expeditor practices and Inspection processes
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Evesham and at client sites UK wide and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant experience in power solutions or energy-related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
