We're working with a well-established, growing manufacturer in the flexible packaging sector who are investing in their team. They're looking for a Slitter Operator to join their Finishing department but importantly, they're open to candidates from any hands‑on or manufacturing background
, not just experienced slitters.

You'll be trained to operate specialist machinery within the finishing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up machines and preparing jobs to specifications
• Carrying out safe and efficient changeovers
• Monitoring quality and producing test samples
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Supporting the wider team and learning additional skills (including FLT)
• Contributing to site performance and continuous improvement

This role operates on a continental shift pattern
, offering excellent time off.

Average:

• Starting salary: £26,000+
• After probation: £27,500+
