We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a leading manufacturing business based in Salford Priors, near Evesham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder looking to secure a long-term position with excellent earning potential. The role will initially be working a day shift, Monday to Friday, with future plans to move onto a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a weld test prior to starting employment.

Key Responsibilities
MIG welding a variety of steel components and assemblies
Welding materials ranging from 2mm to 30mm thickness
Working from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications
Producing high-quality welds to required standards
Carrying out visual inspections of completed work
Preparing materials prior to welding, including grinding, cleaning, and fitting
Supporting fabrication and assembly activities where required
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
Proven MIG welding experience within a manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or heavy industrial environment
Experience welding material thicknesses between 2mm and 30mm
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
Willingness to complete a weld test before starting
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location
