Ink Technician; Trainee

About the Role

Looking for a hands‑on role where you can learn new skills and build a long‑term career? We’re hiring a Ink Technician (Trainee) to join our team in Evesham. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. You’ll be part of a supportive team working on‑site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high‑quality output.

• Supporting day‑to‑day production activities
• Assisting with printing and colour processes
• Following clear procedures and safety guidelines
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Learning new skills through ongoing training

• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Commitment to safety

• No prior experience required – full training provided
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)
• No colour vision deficiency (role requires colour accuracy)

• FLT licence
