Aldem Talent is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for a bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Evesham. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, manage bench joiners, machinists and operatives, and plan production across live projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
You will read and interpret manufacturing drawings, drive productivity, mentor your team, and uphold Health & Safety across the workshop.
