We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Evesham for General Operative / Maskers to join their growing team.

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Masker / General Operative, you ll be responsible for preparing components before they are painted or coated by carefully applying and removing masking materials. You ll work as part of a supportive team to ensure products are completed to a high standard.

• Applying and removing masking tape and protective materials.
• Preparing components for painting and finishing.
• Carrying out visual quality checks.
• Following work instructions and health and safety procedures.
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
• Supporting the production team as required.

• No experience necessary – full training provided.

• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
