£13.00 per hour (Gross pay of £520 per week based on 40 hours)
Monday to Friday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Adecco Worcester is recruiting for a Production/Materials Assistant to join a well-established and reputable manufacturing company based in Evesham.

This is an immediate-start temporary assignment for a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

Working within the Finishing Department, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient running of production operations.

Duties will include:

Moving materials to and from production lines
Packing finished products
Measuring and removing waste materials
Assisting with machine changeovers
Supporting machine operators to achieve production targets
Providing cover and assistance across the department as required
Developing machine operating skills through on-the-job training

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or similar experience
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Confidence with manual handling tasks
A willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
A reliable and flexible approach to work Forklift experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
