The Olidor Group is looking for an inspirational Group Head of Marketing to elevate our marketing strategy across our diverse portfolio of food companies.

About the Role

As Group Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic leader behind marketing across all companies within the Olidor Group. You’ll develop and execute tailored strategies for each food brand whilst aligning them to a cohesion, group-wide vision.

You'll be responsible for elevating how we tell the story of our food brands, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across every touchpoint, from digital and content to ecommerce and employer branding.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll turn bold ideas into commercial success, while building and energising a high-performing marketing team united by passion, creativity and results.

  • Karimix -A manufacturer of cooking sauces, pastes, chutneys and marinades, specialising in bringing global flavour profiles to the food service industry.
  • The Original Baker -An award-winning manufacturer of premium artisan savoury pastry products and sweet biscuits.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead with Vision– Design and deliver powerful marketing strategies for each business in the Group, aligned to business strategy and growth goals.
  • Inspire High Performance– Lead, mentor and develop exceptional marketing teams across the Group, cultivating creativity, agility and commercial edge.
  • Fuel Digital Growth– Own our digital and e-commerce strategies, optimising for ROI, engagement and scalable success.
  • Tell Our Story– Oversee the creation of compelling content that brings our brand values to life and captures the hearts of our audiences.
  • Stay Ahead– Use insights and analytics to keep us one step ahead, spotting trends, shaping campaigns and unlocking opportunities.
  • Partner for Impact– Collaborate across teams, from People to Finance to Operations, to amplify our marketing impact and contribute to wider business strategy.
  • Build the Brand Inside Out– Strengthen our employer brand and help make Olidor Group a destination for top talent.
  • Drive Accountability– Own and manage budgets, ensuring marketing spend delivers smart, sustainable growth.

What You Bring

  • 3 years Marketing leadership experience, ideally across multiple brands or business units.
  • A strategic mindset with the commercial acumen to turn vision into tangible results.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and e-commerce growth.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing, purpose-driven teams.
  • A collaborative, people-first leadership style.
  • Able to influence, inspire, and unite stakeholders at every level.
  • A sharp analytical mind and a hands-on approach to turning data into action.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen deeply and communicate clearly.
  • Organised and able to work effectively at pace.
  • A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
