Team Leader in Care - MAT cover

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Team Leader (MAT cover) to join our team based in Broadway at Parsons Gardens

As a Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for residents and staff onsite as well as visiting health professionals. This can include:

• Leading the care shift and dealing with any emergencies that arise on shift
• Creating/updating Care Plans, Risk Assessments and other key documentation
• Auditing documentation such as MAR Charts, Daily Diary Records etc
• Completing staff rotas to ensure each shift is adequately staffed
• Completing quality monitoring checks such as spot checks, carers assessments & reviews
• Liaising with other Health Professions such as Doctors, District Nurses etc.

Parsons Gardens in Broadway, Worcestershire provides 50 apartments and bungalows for over 55s, offering residents the privacy and independence of their own home, but with the peace of mind that there is a care team available on site 24 hours a day.

• Be able to work a mix of early shifts, late shifts, and alternate weekends
• Be willing to take part in a on call rota
• Worked in the Health & Social Care sector for a minimum of 2 years
• Be a caring individual who is passionate about putting the client first and ensuring we provide an ‘Outstanding’ service we would want our own families to receive.
